Kelly Rowland's In A Fight With Michelle Williams, Beyonce's Being Sued. Whatever Happened To Destiny's Child?

Eleven years after the release of their debut record, the women of Destiny's Child are all grown up--and now Kelly Rowland refuses to be seen with Michelle Williams and Beyonce is facing a lawsuit.

Billionaire Richard Branson held a party in London before the Wimbledon tennis tournament. Both Rowland and Williams were in attendance; in fact, they hit the red carpet at almost the same time. But, according to a British newspaper, Rowland wouldn't make an entrance with the ex-bandmate. She waited "in the car" until Michelle had "made her rounds"!

It's not the first time Kelly's struggled for independence from the group. Earlier this year, Rowland dropped Matthew Knowles, father of Beyonce and little sis Solange, as manager. While they both issued statements saying the split was "professional" and "amicable," blogs far and wide speculate it was because of an argument between Rowland and Solange over whether it was fair for Beyonce's sister (not a Destiny's Child member) to sing at NYC's Fashion Rocks in 2008.

And what of Beyonce? The multiplatinum-selling singer of "Single Ladies" is being sued by a club owner in New York City-she pulled out of a contract at the last minute. Showbiz, people!

"They said they were too busy with the launching of the tour and that they wouldn't have time to do the kickoff party," the owner of M2 Ultra Lounge, Joey Morrissey, told the New York Post.

Joey says Bey signed a contract and he agreed to pay her $200,000. In preparation, he spent $100,000 getting the place ready for "Sasha Fierce."

"If Beyonce cancels and doesn't give us a new date, this hurts our credibility in night life," Morrissey finished.

It doesn't seem so long ago that everything Destiny's Child touched seemed to turn to gold. But it seems as though those days are sadly over. It's a shame, too--now when we want to get our "Independent Women" on, we have to listen to the Pussycat Dolls.
